We’re all struggling this year, some of us more deeply than others. Do you have friends or loved ones that are really struggling and feel unsure about how to best support them? I Am & Co: What Going With the Flow Means

When someone tells us to “go with the flow”, it can sometimes come off as them ignoring what’s going on and minimizing what you’re struggling with.

While it can be used this way, going with the flow is actually a really helpful state of being. It gives you the space to problem solve, to enjoy things, and to accept things as they are.

We don’t have to like something to accept it, and can actively be working towards change, we’re just deciding not to fight against reality or add to our suffering. In this article, I talk about what going with the flow really means and offer some tips to cultivate this kind of presence.

There are so many different ways to express gratitude, and keeping a gratitude journal is one of the easiest. I recommend my absolute favorite journal, full of fun, expletive-laden prompts to get your regular practice started.
